About Startup Christchurch

We are proud supporters of the amazing Christchurch startup ecosystem.

Startup Christchurch has hosted Startup Weekend Christchurch since 2014 and has been a driving force in the Christchurch Startup Meetup group since its inception. In 2018 we took over the overall management of the Meetup group and are now working hard to craft new content and release other great startup services.

We recognise that there is a thriving startup community here in the Christchurch but realise that we could all do a better job of connecting, learning from each other, celebrating our achievements, and supporting each other's journeys.  Startup Christchurch is working to bridge that gap and contribute to a thriving ecosystem which supports our startup entrepreneurs through networking events, speaker stories, panel discussions, and capability training.
